Please wear appropriate riding attire with covered shoes.  Not all of our bikes have "bottle holders" or baskets so please bring a backpack to carry anything you wish to take with you.

We have a 48 hour "blame free" cancellation policy.  Please contact us (info@sa-ebikes.com.au) with your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time and we will arrange a full refund of your hire fee.  Within the final 48 hours, any cancellation will be credited with a 50% voucher to hire our ebikes at a later date
